2. Service Description

Cloverstone provides financial education programs in Bangkok, Thailand. Our services include structured learning programs covering personal finance, investing, and legacy planning. Program details, schedules, and fees are provided on our website and in enrollment materials.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or instructors as necessary to maintain educational quality. Participants will be notified of material changes affecting their enrolled programs.

3. Program Enrollment

3.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment requires submission of required information and payment of program fees. Enrollment becomes binding upon our confirmation. We reserve the right to decline enrollment applications based on program capacity or suitability considerations.

3.2 Prerequisites

Some programs have prerequisites or recommended background knowledge. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet program requirements before enrolling.

3.3 Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed in writing. All fees are stated in Thai Baht. Payment may be made through methods we specify.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Participant Cancellation

Participants may cancel enrollment up to 14 days before program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before start receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of start date are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation request.

4.2 Program Cancellation by Cloverstone

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants receive full refunds of paid fees. We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Attend sessions as scheduled or notify us of unavoidable absences
• Participate respectfully in group discussions
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal or financial information shared during sessions
• Complete any assigned exercises or reflections to maximize learning benefit
• Provide accurate information during enrollment and program participation

We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt learning environment or violate these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, curriculum, and methodologies are proprietary to Cloverstone. Participants receive limited license to use materials solely for personal educational purposes during and after program participation. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.

Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Nature

Our programs provide educational information about financial topics. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or legal counsel. Participants should consult qualified professionals before making financial, investment, or legal decisions.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or investment performance. Past participant experiences do not predict future results. Educational quality and participant effort influence learning outcomes.

7.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain website accessibility but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Website may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Cloverstone, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from program participation or website use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by participant for the relevant program.

We are not responsible for decisions participants make based on program content or for any financial losses resulting from actions taken after program completion.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality regarding participant enrollment and financial discussions as described in our Privacy Policy. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during group sessions.

10. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloverstone, its instructors, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from participant's violation of these terms or misuse of program materials.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes arising from these terms or program participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangkok, Thailand. Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith discussion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

13. Severability
